Skills development for our coaches is a multifaceted journey. In addition to qualifications obtained through EQASA, we are dedicated to providing a range of courses to continually enhance the expertise of our coaches.

Continuous professional development (CPD) is essential for equestrian coaches to stay updated with the latest training techniques and safety standards. It involves ongoing learning and skill enhancement to provide the best guidance and support to riders and their horses. We aim to ensure that all courses we offer qualify for CPD points. 

Our coaching curriculum is firmly rooted in the “Principles of Riding,” a handbook published by the German Federation, and adopted by the FEI as their officially recognized training standards. This handbook is mandatory reading for all SAEF Coaches, serving as a foundational resource in our commitment to ongoing professional development.
