CPD, or Continuous Professional Development, refers to the ongoing process of learning and skill enhancement that professionals undertake throughout their careers. It is particularly crucial for individuals like equestrian coaches, as it helps them stay current in their field and adapt to changes in best practices, technologies, and industry standards.….  

CPD involves various activities and strategies aimed at expanding knowledge, improving skills, and staying up-to-date in one’s profession. These activities can include attending workshops, seminars, and conferences, taking online courses, and engaging in hands-on practical experience. The key is that CPD is a continuous, lifelong process that professionals undertake voluntarily to enhance their expertise and maintain their professional competence.
