Who We Are

In 2023, the SAEF Coaching Commission, known as CoachCom, took charge of all coaching-related matters for the national equestrian federation, SAEF. Comprising the head coaches from all SAEF disciplines and affiliate members, each lead coach actively contributes to the growth of their specific discipline and, through CoachCom, enhances equestrian sports as a whole..

What We Do

We lead the way in establishing a clear coaching career path and ensuring that our coaches achieve the highest technical standards through ongoing education and qualifications. We accomplish this by:

    • Uniting all equestrian coaches as recognised professionals in one Community
    • Offering coaches access to enriching learning opportunities, including technically sound and inspiring holistic coaching sessions
    • Upholding ethical standards and a code of conduct to safeguard all participants, including horses, riders, and coaches.
    • Preserving and enhancing the reputation of equestrian sports, which is vital for maintaining public support and our social license to operate.

About SAEF Governance

The SAEF CoachCom operates under the supervision and accountability of the General Manager of SAEF. Consequently, CoachCom adheres to and is bound by all SAEF rules and regulations.

Return shipping labels can be purchased for $3.99 if you are returning a single item or for $7.99 if you are returning multiple items. Return shipping labels can be purchased and all returns can be submitted in our Returns Portal.

We do not offer exchanges but we welcome you to return your item(s) by mail in accordance with our Return Policy by using our online returns portal and repurchasing any available item(s) on our site.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached and returned in their original packaging.
  • We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
  • All returns must include an order packing slip or return invoice from Online Return Portal that clearly indicates which items are being returned. If this is not filled out correctly, your return may experience issues in processing.
  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 14 days of delivery.
  • Return drop-offs are not accepted at our DC or corporate office.

We do not provide cash refunds. We will accept exchanges within 30 days of the original purchase date with a valid receipt and all tags attached. We will accept returns for store credit only within 30 days of the original purchase date with a valid receipt and all tags attached. The following items are considered “Final Sale” and cannot be exchanged in-store:

All items ending in $.00, .96, .97, and .98, bodysuits, swimwear, undergarments, beauty products, cosmetics, accessories, and “Party Wear” (such as Halloween costumes) are considered final sale, non-returnable and cannot be returned for store credit.
